Payment Data

We do not store your bank card details. Online payments are processed by an external payment service provider, and card details are entered directly with them under their security standards. Your card number and security code never reach us.

How We Use Your Data

  • To process, prepare and deliver your order.
  • To contact you to confirm an order, solve a problem or activate a warranty.
  • To issue invoices and keep the accounting records required by law.
  • To improve the website and the shopping experience.
  • To send offers or marketing messages, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who We Share Your Data With

  • The shipping company: your name, address and phone number, so that your order can be delivered.
  • The payment service provider: to complete an online payment.
  • Official authorities: where there is a legal obligation to do so.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep order and invoice data for the period required by Egyptian law for accounting and tax purposes. Account data is kept for as long as your account exists.

How to Request Deletion of Your Data

Send a request on WhatsApp +20 105 004 3515 or call us on +(202) 27957472, giving your name and the phone number registered with us. We respond to your request within 30 days at most. Invoice and order data that we are legally required to keep is excluded from deletion.
