Prices

  • All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds.
  • The prices shown on the website are the approved prices; no price quoted through any other channel applies.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. A change does not apply to orders confirmed before it.
  • Product photos may differ slightly from the actual product because of screen settings and lighting.

Orders

  • Completing an order on the website is an offer to buy; the order becomes confirmed after our team contacts you to confirm it.
  • We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the price is shown incorrectly, or we cannot verify the order details.
  • If we cancel a paid order, the full amount is refunded in line with our refund policy.

Cancelling an Order from Your Side

You can cancel your order with no fees before the shipment leaves for delivery. Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or the office phone. After shipping, the order is handled under the returns policy.

Payment

  • Online payment by card or wallet through an approved payment service provider.
  • Cash on delivery is available in all governorates, with a collection fee of 1% of the order value.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and shipping fees follow what is set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Warranty and Returns

  • A one-year warranty on devices against manufacturing defects.
  • Replacement within the first 14 days if a manufacturing defect appears, then repair until the end of the warranty period.
  • A temporary replacement device if a repair takes more than 5 working days.

Correct Use of the Products

  • Devices are to be used only with the fragrance oils intended for them. Using unsuitable oils may damage the device and void the warranty.
  • Please follow the operating instructions supplied with each device.
  • Keep fragrance oils out of the reach of children, and do not apply them directly to the skin unless they are intended for that.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity carried out through your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website – text, images, logos and designs – is owned by Aroma-EG. It may not be copied, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the products paid for in that order. We are not liable for any indirect damage resulting from misuse of the product or from failure to follow the operating instructions.

Privacy

The handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may amend these terms from time to time. Any amendment is published on this page and applies to orders placed after the date of publication.
