Coverage Areas

We deliver to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Delivery Times

• Cairo, Giza and Alexandria: 48 to 72 hours from order confirmation.
• Other governorates: up to 5 working days from order confirmation.

Times are counted in working days and do not include Fridays or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• Orders of 5,000 EGP or more: free shipping to all governorates.
• Orders under 5,000 EGP: shipping fees are calculated by governorate, and you will be told the amount when your order is confirmed and before it ships.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available in all governorates, with a collection fee of 1% of the order value.

Order Confirmation

After you complete your order on the website, our customer service team will call you on the registered phone number to confirm the address and the shipping fees before the shipment is sent. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct when you enter your details.

Failed Delivery

If we cannot reach you, or delivery fails on the first attempt, the courier will try again. If delivery fails after the second attempt the shipment is returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule.

Inspecting the Shipment on Delivery

You have the right to open the package and inspect the device in front of the courier before paying. If you find visible damage, or a product different from the one you ordered, do not accept the shipment and tell us immediately.
